What should I do before I come in?
Backup Your device – Diagnostics and repair may require resetting to factory settings
Turn off Find My iPhone – This is required before many repairs can be started for iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches and iPods, More Info
Beats repairs require a receipt. For almost all other repairs we can lookup warranty information, no receipt required.

Check to see if your devices qualify for any repair extension program for known manufacturing issues here.
Apple Warranty Status Check
You may check if your device is still within the warranty period here. Physical damage and liquid may affect the warranty status.
Repair Turn around time
We aim to have devices diagnosed within 3-5 business days but this may change over busy periods. Our friendly staff will give you a rough timeframe when the device is checked in.Not fast enough? We do have a Jump Queue option to make it the next job in our queue for $99. For non-warranty repairs, our diagnostic fee : Mac - $75, iOS - $20
