For the past nine years, Digital Appeal has been servicing and supporting Apple products on the NSW Central Coast as the only Authorised Apple Service Provider between Sydney and Newcastle. With many years of combined service experience, our highly skilled and experienced technicians thrive on problem solving and helping you to get more from your Apple product.
In the unlikely event that you are experiencing problems with your Apple computer, iPod, iPad, iPhone, or other Apple equipment, our service team can get you up and running quickly.

Travel will be charged for all onsite work outside a 15km radius of the Erina store (15km Zone includes: Patonga, Kariong, Somersby, Palm Grove, Wyong and The Entrance).
16km - 30km: $40
31km - 50km: $70
51km - 100km: $100
*The VIP Rate applies with the purchase of a new Mac from Digital Appeal. The first hour must be paid for during the Mac sale. This proof of payment will entitle the customer to concurrent hours at that VIP Rate, but ONLY on the initial onsite date. All future onsites will be charged at the Standard Rate.

Not For Profit Flat Rate: $145/hour
Computer Pick ups and return service: $75 Plus Travel Charge.
Apple provide international coverage for your Apple products. Apple covers parts and labour for hardware only. If your problem has been caused by a user error, physical damage, or as a result of a software issue, a service fee will apply. See Apple's warranty terms and conditions for your Apple product.
